Adam Skipper, D.O.
Adam Skipper is a board certified family medicine physician and fellowship trained sports medicine specialist. He grew up as a multi-sport athlete in Yorktown, Virginia, where he began to see the profound benefits that athletics and movement bring to our lives. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise where he was a varsity swimmer. He received his medical degree from LECOM in Bradenton, FL and completed his residency at Bayfront Health, St Petersburg, FL. He then traveled to Birmingham to complete his sports medicine fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute, founded by renowned sports medicine surgeon Dr. James Andrews. He has been a team physician for Troy University, Birmingham Southern University, Samford University, an Assistant Medical Director for the World Games Birmingham in 2022, and medical staff for numerous road and multisport races.
Dr. Skipper is an Eagle Scout and enjoys hiking along with racing triathlons with his wife, Dr. Brittney Russell.
Alexandria DePasquale PT, DPT
Alex DePasquale is the physical therapy site supervisor at OrthoCollier Quick Care. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a concentration in Kinesiology, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Alex is a Certified Vestibular and Concussion therapist through the American Institute of Balance. She has been with Neuroscience and Spine Associates as a physical therapist since moving to Naples, FL in 2020, working at both OrthoCollier and North Collier therapy clinics. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her friends, family and two dogs. Alex is committed to making a difference in the lives of her patients, guiding them towards a healthier, happier future.

Physical Therapy
We accept referrals from outside of NASA with an up to date physical therapy prescription. An appointment is necessary.
Accepted Insurances
Payment is required at the time of service. The amount required will depend on the type of insurance that you have. Therefore, it is necessary to bring your insurance information and checkbook or cash or card with you when you come for your appointment. We will verify your insurance coverage, and obtain pre-certification for you if that is required. We will file your primary insurance claim for you, and assist you in any problems or delays. If your insurance company has not paid within six weeks, we will expect payment from you directly.
